Leading healthcare provider Partnered Health has announced Michael Broadbent as its new Chief Executive Officer for primary care.

Michael joins Partnered Health following a successful executive career in healthcare, most recently at QScan Group where for the last four years he held the role of Group Executive, Commercial.

In this role, Michael was responsible for the group’s national public hospital radiology operations and teleradiology strategy, key asset management, specialist recruitment and engagement, and significant leadership roles in mergers and acquisitions, and business development.

Michael holds a Master of Business Administration and is passionate about professional development.

Partnered Health Managing Director Steven Harvey says he’s thrilled Michael is joining Partnered Health.

“Under Michael’s leadership, we’re confident we will continue to be at the forefront of our industry as we strive to be Australia’s preeminent provider of Primary Health services in what will be a very exciting future.

“This role will focus on the future growth and success of primary care with oversight of key areas of strategy such as acquisitions, new markets and services, greenfield developments, and Doctor recruitment,” Mr Harvey said.

Michael joins Partnered Health’s Primary Care management team on 7 March 2022 which includes Shane Mann, National Operations Manager and Dr Shirley Fung, Chief Medical Officer. Josh Brown, who has been in the role of acting CEO, will now lead this exciting new chapter as General Manager Development and Strategy.
