My experience as a pharmacist extends to more than 30 years in pharmacy practice settings. For the past 18 years I have specialized in the area of medication management reviews and have conducted such services in a variety of settings including residential homes, group-care homes and aged-care facilities.
I am passionate about all areas of clinical pharmacy practice and have a particular interest in medical conditions involving endocrinology (diabetes, thyroid), cardiovascular, respiratory (asthma, COPD), gastro-enterology and rheumatology (arthritis). I have dedicated myself to life-long learning and keeping up to date with the latest developments in pharmaceutical care and practice.
