Dr Semira Mollica is an Occupational Medicine Registrar and Private Surgical Assistant with a passion for workplace health and wellbeing. Dr Mollica is dedicated to improving work design and the management of work-related injury and illness. She completed her medical degree at the University of Notre Dame Sydney and undertook her clinical training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Dr Mollica is passionate about improving organisational wellbeing through practical, evidence-informed approaches, with a particular focus on the intersection of medicine, occupational health, and systems-based safety improvement.
