Dr Paul Bullen graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2011 at James Cook University. He completed further education completing a Masters of Public Health at UQ, Certificate of Advanced Surgical Anatomy at UQ/RACS, the Australia and NZ Surgical Skills Education and Training (ASSET) course through the RACS, and Professional Certificates in both Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Surgery in Adelaide.
During his previous time working as a surgical trainee he has worked with and gained valuable experience from surgeons in plastic surgery, head and neck cancer surgery, ENT, general surgery, transplant surgery, neurosurgery and dermatology.
He has significant expertise in skin checks, dermoscopy, the surgical and non-surgical management of skin cancer, as well as detection and treatment of other pre-malignant or benign skin conditions including actinic keratoses, cysts, lipomas, moles, seborrhoeic keratoses and acne.
He is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCCA).
