Dr Michael Taliercio

Dr Michael Taliercio is a British-trained General Practitioner, originally from the United States. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Malta, and thereafter undertook postgraduate rotations in Emergency Medicine, ENT, Psychiatry, Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Dr Taliercio also undertook several years of specialist Paediatrics training. He holds a Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (UK), and is a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK). Dr Taliercio has a special interest in sexual health and contraception, mental health and child health. He is trained in contraceptive implants including copper and hormonal IUDs, and is an authorised s100 prescriber for HBV & HIV, and PreP. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, reading, and yoga.
