Dr Hugo Fong
General Practitioner
Dr Hugo Fong is a specialist general practitioner who has practiced medicine since graduating from the University of Hong Kong in 2016. Before moving to Australia, he gained broad clinical experience in both hospital and community settings in Hong Kong. He completed a master’s degree in sports medicine in 2021 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2023.
Dr Fong enjoys all aspects of general practice and has a particular interest in musculoskeletal medicine and persistent pain. His clinical interests include osteoarthritis, back and neck pain, sports and exercise related injuries, and chronic disease management.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Fong has been involved in research on musculoskeletal pain and has contributed to publications in international peer reviewed journals.
Dr Fong consults in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
