Dr Emmy Bretag

Dr Emmy Bretag has been working in general practice for over 15 years. She enjoys the variety of general practice and provides care across a broad range of health concerns, with particular interests in women’s health, sexual health, mental health and preventative care.
Dr Bretag has experience in contraceptive advice, cervical screening, menopause care, sexual health screening, PrEP prescribing and inclusive care for LGBTQIA+ patients.
She aims to provide clear, practical and respectful care, with a focus on helping patients understand their options and make decisions that feel manageable for them.
Outside of work, Emmy enjoys music, playing guitar and singing. She also enjoys creative project and storytelling, and brings a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach to her consultations
