Special Services
Our Travel Health Services support patients to prepare for travel based on their destination, itinerary, medical history, and planned activities.
A travel health consultation may include individualised travel advice, a review of recommended or required vaccinations, and discussion of preventive measures to reduce common travel‑related health risks.
Where clinically appropriate, the GP may administer vaccines, prescribe medications, provide documentation, or arrange follow‑up and referral to another medical practitioner.
Advice and recommendations may vary between individuals, and patients are encouraged to discuss their specific travel plans and health concerns with their GP as part of their preparation for travel.

Assessment for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults may be undertaken in a general practice setting by a qualified general practitioner, where clinically appropriate.
This process involves a comprehensive clinical assessment focused on understanding symptoms, their impact on daily functioning, and relevant medical and psychosocial history, and may include the use of validated screening tools and consideration of additional information where relevant.
The GP’s role may include identifying symptoms that require further evaluation, discussing management options to support wellbeing, coordinating care, and arranging referral to a psychiatrist or other relevant specialist for formal diagnosis or treatment if required.
