World Family Doctor Day celebrates General Practitioners who are the lifeblood of our health system.
Our GPs support the entire person, at every stage of life. We know that every day is different and they wear many hats – our GPs are a clinician, a counsellor, an advocate, a trusted advisor and above all, a carer.
Whether it’s supporting patients with chronic conditions, injuries and illness, mental health support, women’s health, skin cancer checks or vaccinations – there is a common thread that is evident among all Partnered Health Medical Centre doctors, they put their patients’ health and wellbeing front and centre.
We value and appreciate our GPs dedication and commitment to creating positive change in their patients’ lives by delivering the best possible care.
